It sould be a sign of pregnancy or PMS..sometimes the symptoms are so similar it is hard to tell. I would say wait a day or so and then test with an early test using forst morning urine. Hope is not lost...some women dont show positive until weeks after their perios is due. Good Luck!

I'm in the same boat too. I tested yesterday and it came up negative, but am also having light cramping. I think you could very well be pregnant. I'm hoping I am too.

Good luck!

Go to the doctor. Any sign of cramping can be bad.

Could be a miscarriage --- could be just a delayed period.

In any case, please go to the doctor and get it checked out. It's important that you are healthy if you are trying to conceive.

Good luck ---I'm on the same boat as you are!

Are you pregnant? It could just be time for your period. Maybe the pain just showed up from the period this time. You should see a doctor though. It could be something you have to take medicine for.
