After like 20 minutes lifting like 20kg of bricks and moving them around, usually your body physically would feel tired.

Would it be the same like when you reading or focusing or solving math or doing bookkeeping. Would you always feel headache or you feel tired on your head after 20 minutes?

No, you should not have a headache or eyestrain from reading or focusing up close. If you are suffering from those symptoms, you should see an optometrist to see if you need reading glasses.

Vision is not as simple as lifting bricks. There are a lot more components than muscles involved. Vision is a mixture of muscle, optic nerves, rods and cones, and light refraction, among many other things. Visual trouble can be caused by an uneven ocular surface (astigmatism), an irregular eyeball shape (myopia), or muscle accomodation problems (presbyopia), to name a few.

Eyes are not simple muscles, they are complex organs.

You will get physically exhausted from weight-bearing excercises like lifting bricks if your muscles are not accustomed to lifting such heavy amounts, or if you are lifting them improperly. If you continued to lift bricks, eventually your body will develop more strength for doing so, and you may not feel as sore.

Each component of our bodies has different responses to exhaustion. If you talk a lot, you may get a dry mouth, but your tongue should not be sore. If you chew a lot, though, your jaw may become sore.

The body is complex. I could go on and on, but I hope the above information is helpful to you. :)

There is such a thing as eye strain, but usually when someone complains to their doctor about headaches when trying to read, the doctor will recommend that he or she make an appointment to get their eyes checked. The need for glasses is often a cause of headaches while reading.

Eye strain is something a bit different... and since I'm not one of those people who runs to Wikipedia so they can copy and paste an article here, I don't have much to say about it other than when one has eye strain, they're encouraged to only use the computer or read, etc., for short bouts at a time to give their eyes a chance to heal.

I used to get headaches after about 20 minutes of reading. That was before I went to the optometrist and had my eyes checked. I got glasses for reading and doing things that were more or less close to my face.

That was 13 years ago. Now I wear glasses all of the time. I seldom have headaches at all anymore.

Well, I don't. Probably it is a result of week eyesight. Check up with the doctor. U might probably need reading glasses. Till then, avoid reading in moving objects. It's not good for eyes and see to it that U don't read in a dark room or without proper lighting.

I do not feel that way when reading or focusing. I've always found schoolwork easy. Perhaps you find studying hard, and you have a different style of learning (e.g. not reading, but listening, or talking with others about a subject).

You may need eyeglasses. Get your eyes checked by an opthalmologist. (not an optometrist).
