No not really most of what they call low fat doesn't have added fats even though some fat in food is necessary to give it flavoured

most taste the same i drink super slim milk and its good you get use to the taste but the peanut butter taste horrible :]

some yes- oh yeah and those "chocolate" slim fast bars taste like dog food. (im guessing) not that I'm a dog food connoisseur..... um so anyways....

well it really depends on what you are eating or drinking...my suggestion is don't eat diet foods...just healthy foods like fruits and veggies and grains...don't drink diet soda...it leaves an after taste thats really nasty
