i want sell my old doll from my childhood give me advice please

Go to the antiques shop (better to several of them) and ask them to give you a qoute or at least tell you if it worth anything. Do not belive the 1st quote - get at least 5 of them, in different locations. Also you can try to go and offer it on the auction like Sothebys (this is a very posh one though - they may not take it for starters, and if they do - i think they take about 50% comission). Try to search for Art auctions in your area, but better the nation-wide ones. Take few good pictures of the doll, from different angles and close-ups, also any imperfections (as auctions and antique shops take loads of money for making pictures for you) and then you can send them out to auctions and shops. There are lots of collectors out there who may pay a good price for it. It is also good if you have a good story connected with a doll - the way you got it, or if something happened that links to the doll -make one up if there is no story (people like to know that there is a story behind their collectible item..

try an antique shop for someone that could help you or give you the name of someone that will and there is always ebay or the manfacture of the doll it is sometimes printed on the doll and they might tell you what the doll should be worth.

come on...pass ti on to Next generation. give it a Antique status ...this will help you to keep that thing will be safe in good hands and will get u good deal as well if you wish to.
How to make it a antique piece? that is left to you creativity and imgination.
