Dr David Kelly (chemical weapons expert) was an honourable man and became aware of how the Iraq war and the claims that the country had WMD had been wholly misrepresented. Through his work, he was acutely aware of the fabrications and lies that had been woven by certain individuals.
Because of his nature, he decided to make the BBC aware of his knowledge - unfortunately the information he was aware of was too embarrassing for both the US and UK governments and so intelligence agencies (US and UK) had decided to take drastic measures into their own hands.
Dr David Kelly died as a result of a knife wound to his left wrist and having taken some pain killers.
points to note:
*Majority of mean do not commit suicide by cutting their own wrists
*This method of suicide is seldom successful as this usually takes a very long time.
*This method of suicide is also consistent with a murder that is made to look like a suicide
*Dr David Kelly was undoubtedly under close observation by intelligence services. (either US / UK or both) - to believe otherwise is to suggest that neither intelligence services of the US & UK had any interest in Dr David Kelly.
*Dr David Kelly had only very recently given evidence regarding the leak and the dosier on Iraqi WMD. It would be foolish to think he wasn't under observation.
*Therefore it must be considered that he was - if he was, then someone/government/intelligence services are complicit in his murder.
Despite what people may suggest - Dr David Kelly did not commit suicide....the truth is out there.
Reasons for the Prime Ministers shock when news of Dr David Kelly's death......they couldn't obviously believe that intelligence services had so right royally f*cked up and that their own necks were then put on the line....or someone did & this was an attempt to bring down the government.
It is difficult to believe anyone in this day and age.....

David Christopher Kelly CMG (May 17, 1944 – July 17, 2003) was an employee of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (MoD), an expert in biological warfare, and a former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq. Kelly's discussion with Today programme journalist Andrew Gilligan about the British government's dossier on weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq inadvertently caused a major political scandal. He was found dead days after appearing before a Parliamentary committee investigating it.
The Hutton Inquiry, a public inquiry into the circumstances surrounding his death, ruled that he had committed suicide, and that Kelly had not said some of the quotes attributed to him by Gilligan.

David Kelly knew the governments of US and UK were lying regarding WMD in Iraq. He couldn't cope with the fall out and so took his own life (no way was he murdered). The ensuing enquiry was a cover up. Unbelievably the only fall guys of this entire episode was David Kelly, Andrew Gilligan and I think, Greg Dyke, no one in the government paid any price!

You're right to highlight this there is something very suspicious about it. An inquiry can amount to a cover up.
