Vergie's lawyer says that is the plans of Anna's parents and honestly it makes sense.

First off Anna did not buy the graves in the Bahamaas, Howie did. Howie is not the father for if he was there would have been DNA testing. Howie kept Anna on drugs and probably killed off mother & child.

Why let a man who admits he was not an exclusive lover with Anna (I doubt he ever had sex with her) have control of the bodies?

He was the man who kept Anna away from her family and Anna did love her family as the letters proved in court, yesterday.

Her son is already buried in the Bahamas, and if Anna Nicole didn't want to be buried there she would have put her son in the ground there. There are tapes that were played in the courtroom that Anna had made saying how abusive her family was emotionally, physically, and sexually. If she didn't want anything to do with them in life, they shouldn't be able to make decisions for her in death.

i think of her husband has the excellent suited to be certain the place she is buried, yet only via fact she and her on the spot family individuals had some issues, do no longer count huge style out distant family individuals individuals that would have rather enjoyed her. i'm advantageous that they might choose her buried with something of the family individuals. having stated that, nonetheless, if she had Daniel buried removed from the family individuals, she is entitled to a similar admire. i think of it would be poor to have a courtroom determine some thing which could be a family individuals's accountability.

Because Anna was not close to her family, I don't think she liked them. She should be able to rest in peace beside her son in the Bahamas.

I agree, if it was my daughter and grandson, I would have them buried in our hometown!
It just mkes sense to be close to your family, no matter what Ole Howie says.
He will get criminal charges out of this . Watch and see!

That is a good idea. Since Howard K. Stern was not married to her, and I agree that he was never in an exclusive relationship with her, I do not see why it should be his decision.
