I am the one who wrote that first question on this topic...and for anyone wondering...NO I am not a stripper...lol!
I just wanted others opinions based on what the world thinks today. I didn't mean that it's ONLY the mans fault...but it's not like the dancer can choose who comes...that is up to the man or person. Also I highly agree with the woman who left the comment, who was a dancer herself...what she wrote makes a lot of since. I think it's about what the dancers goal is...and how she plans to present herself...weather it be slutty or just more along the lines of feeling comfortable to gain experience! I think girls who choose to do this, should really think it through and consider everything about it.
To the girl who criticized my spelling...I know what a red line under a word means....I obviously left it that way because it's how I wanted it! and thank you but...Who are you to judge lives that you know nothing about?

I guess maybe you would have been one to have judge the lord when he walked the earth...otherwise you would be reevaluating what you right and say about others. I don't think you have the right to determine weather or not a dancer has the ability to be smart. People only put others down only if there not happy with themselves...otherwise why would you even waste your time if you don't have anything good to say? I could understand voicing your opinion, even if you don't agree...but no one wants to hear (or read) when people start criticizing other people...everyone knows that we are all human...and to put down another human is just like putting yourself down as well...
INSTEAD people need to learn to be there for one another ...because thats what you, yourself would want.
People need to care about themselves enough to not criticize another human...because thats what we ALL are!

i feel sorry for most of them. Usually it's the only way to make money. I really feel bad when i hear about these young moms who can't support the baby and have to strip. I feel sorry for the kid and the mother.

i agree with what you say, there is often a misconception with peoples views of erotic dancers, a lot of ppl think them no brains to do anything else or that they have drug habits or there main reason for doing it is money.
These ppl need to open their eyes to what is going on in today's society, you can go in any club and look on a dancefloor to see scantily clad girls/women dancing far more provocatively than you find in a strip/lap bar.
As for having no skills for anything else.............a lot of these girls are intelligent and educated but that is what they have chosen to do with their life at that time.I dont understand why women put these girls down, they are working for a living and supporting themselves, they are not directly hurting anybody, and if there was no demand for this form of entertainment then there would be no supply. Of course i am generalising on the profession in the majority and there are exceptions and the seedier end to the business, but like what was written before "who are we to judge"

I think strippers chose that road. It may not have been the best choice though. I think strippers are people who could have succeeded but didn't, or they just wanted people to like them, or they want to see how many men they can get in bed, or they enjoy taking their clothes off when they dance. I am not saying strippers are bad people, but i think they could make better use of their time. That's only my opinion.

wow way too much to read but i think if it makes them happy then who are you or anyone to judge them, if they are miserable they should get out regardless of how many kids they are raising etc... if they are pretending to be gogo dancers then they should get out cuz they are not being real.
