lmao sweetie you are very funny.
you're about to give birth and the worst thing you can think of is stretch marks?
bless your heart!!!!
stretch marks are natural. stop feeding into what magazines tell youwhat your supposed to look like. their job is to make you feel inferior so that you can buy their products and make money off of you.
teach your future child that no matter how he/she looks like, stretch marks or whatever they'll still be the same sweet person as their mother.
good luck on your pregnancy!

Stretch marks will diminish nicely after pregancy, don't worry. The few that may remain are like a badge of honor. When the rest of your body is back in shape, you won't mind a stretch mark or two. They fade over the years. You can avoid them by not gaining too much weight in your pregancy, but sometimes, they seem to be genetic. You will not get them after delivery. Just apply lotion or old school cocoa butter. I didn't get a single one, go figgure, and I gained a deplorable 50 lbs. during my pregancy. See why I urge you not to overeat? Don't worry about the stretch marks, honey, they really will, for the most part, just fade away. Focus on your beauiful life with your beautiful baby.

The stretch marks will never actually go away, but they will fade significantly -- over time. Don't expect a miracle the moment your child is born. It will take several months, and within a year they should have almost seemed to fade away. And yes, if you do get a tan it does make the stretch marks appear somewhat lesser. At least it did for me and I'm pretty fair skinned.

I got stretch marks on my hips thighs and breasts during puberty and i thought i was going to get lucky with first pregnancy but in the last 8 wks i grew inches every day and all the cream in the world couldn't stop them. My second pregnancy they didn't grow and my third saw a little growth. It's an unfortunate part of life but there's worse things that could happen. I'm just thankful my kids are healthy.
You definitely won't get them after delivery. Just keep looking after yourself - moisturise, keep fluids up and healthy eating.
Good luck with the new bub.

Well, the last few weeks the baby does alot of growing. I'd keep applying stretch mark cream or cocoa butter lotion to your belly and legs to keep your skin as elastic as possible. You don't get stretch marks after delivering, but you may be able to see them once you deliver, because you don't have the baby in your way. LOL.

I didn't get them anywhere excpet my belly. I didn't think they were bad at first, then I started losing weight and they were worse than I thought. But not to bad. My sis's are 10x's worse than mine. I used a lot of cocoa butter on my stomach when I was pg, not sure if that helped or not. Good luck, the end is near!!

I never got them on my belly, just my legs and very light - they've mostly faded. I used a stretch mark cream made by Palmers.

I never got any on my belly with my two girls, and not after birth either. It all depends on genetics. If you are meant to get them, you will no matter what you do. I have them EVERYWHERE but my belly. Legs, hips, thighs, and chest. Since you haven't gotten them yet, that's a good sign that maybe you wont. Good luck and congrats on your baby!!!
