You know, the dance track, where the bloke sounds like he's hyperventilating through a synthesizer for 5 minutes. It strongly reminds me of Darth Vader on helium.

"One More Time" is a single by Daft Punk released in December 5, 2000 and later included in the album Discovery. The lyrics of the song are written and performed by Romanthony, and are heavily auto tuned and compressed.[1] It contains a sample from "More Spell On You" by Eddie Johns,[2] mp3 but this is not credited in the Discovery liner notes. As part of the album it is featured in the introduction to the film Interstella 5555. It was the only Daft Punk single to hit the American Top 40 and remains their biggest commercial hit to date.

Hi,
Well Latome has written a mighty tome, and fair play.
I shall not add much, apart from "helium frenzy"
It's Heli-Ox, and quite safe to breath, and me and mates get the odd bottle from BOC, legally, for party balloons.
I use it in a quick intake to sing old Dolly Parton stuff, for a laugh.
The voice is much higher pitched, as the vocal chords operate in a thinner environment, and wobbles about.
Great fun.
Electronic voice manipulation, is, I agree annoying.
Who invented that tube that you poke in your mouth to modulate your guitar sound?
Not the proper jobby at all.

May the farce be with you >>>>>> AAahhhg.

Bob.
