My wife is there several time she got pregnent unfurtunately use to get Miscarriage , previously sh has small tumor, it was affected earlier now doctor told after operation she will be give child birth,. few days back she got pregnant but same thing happen, some stress was there and she also feel hrrible pain few days after it missed as well so we both are worried about please advice,
