It depends if you are asking about a job there or just a vacation.
If you have a job offer, make sure it is a good one, cause Dubai is an expensive city, rent here is very and I mean very high.
Traffic is bad, make sure also to rent a house close to where you work, you spend hours sometimes in the car.
But it is a great place to live, it is even the perfect place to be, everything is so nice .
If you are asking about a vacation, hotels here ( 5 star) are out of this world, but also very expensive, make sure you rent a car even if you don't know the streets!!! cause taxis are very expensive too.
Beaches are lovely, people are extra nice, malls are out of this world and food is sooo good.
Make sure that you come in in October till early May, cause the summer here is boiling hot!!!

i dont think of the taliban can create a stong carry in karachi. they're vast in Peshawar and that's the place all the crap comes from. MQM is a terrorist group. I mean they pay attention to a guy on a telephone residing in uk....and who's a needed terrorist in Karachi. uk is harboring a needed terrorist and no one seems to care. Parvez Musharraf? i think of he became greater advantageous then the nut jobs we've in place of work now. the two events are shown corrupt and yet they have been given re-elected. Musharaf a minimum of had each little thing going for Pakistan. The financial device became getting greater advantageous until eventually at present with all the bs politics. What has the hot govn't accomplished now that that's in potential? each little thing is basically as undesirable or perhaps worst. No wish for Pakistan atm.

REAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYY hot there!! i mean hot as in frying pan hot. i got dehydrated and spewed up my gastric juices and saliva.. yuck.
but i reccomend anyone and everyone who is lookin for 5 star quality adventure + relaxation to go there. ive been to the burj al-arab ( spelling :\ ) its beautiful there. the beach, the MASSIVE chess board, i played a piece coz it was temp. missing.. hehe. and the greenery there is beautiful. the rooms are amazing too!! go check it out, but ull need to save a penny or two.
oo did i mention the exotic food.. yumm, i just wanna go back there............
