drink water and eat dry toast or unsalted soda crackers. They will sustain your body without the richness of other foods. you may still vomit them up but just keep trying very small amounts throughout the day. get well soon!

First, are you pregnant? If you are, try eating small amounts of things that absorb well in the body, such as grains, fruits and veggies. Stay away from meats a little because they can cause you to be more nautious.

If you are sure you are not preg. and are just ill, the BRAT diet is what you should live by until you're feeling better. This is Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast.

As mentioned below drink water, gingerale, and dry toast or soda crackers

If you can't even keep the liquid down , get ice cube chips and suck on em.
You can also make the cubes from ginger ale for a bit of a change
