Jamaica uses the same outlets for a 120v at 60 Hz in the US,the only difference is that, your power is little weaker.
As Jamaica has 110v at 50Hz as power supply, this Willl affect, your device, however it wil not be noticeable, therefore the item that has an element or a motor design for 120 v at 60 Hz,will work but the strength will be shade off, this will not do damage to your device as you'll not be there for a long time,eg; (YEAR)or more.
