You fall over. That's what Al Roker did, the wind blew him down and his cameraman had to hold onto his legs before he got slammed into the railing.
It was hilarious. Al seemed very serious about it, but the rest of the crew were shown to be giggling behind his back.

Being funny is about looking at things from an unexpected perspective. So for example, most people see a hurricane and think, "Oh no! This is gonna be terrible!" So it would be funny to look at the hurricane from someone else's perspective, like hurricane enthusiasts, or windmill salesmen, for example.
