That is just an expression used when one sees something that shocks their value system and/ or when an elderly person reaches real old age and says that in their life-time they've seen it all. I'm still lookin'!

when nothing affects you anymore,when you see something that should be awe inducing and is not,something that should be heartbreaking and still isn't and anything that should be horrific to you and you barely give it a glance. That in my mind is when you have pretty much seen it all and are indifferent about it.

Ask yourself in the mirror, 'Have you seen a guy eat his own head?' and if the answer is no, then you know you still haven't seen it all, if you answer yes, then you know you have seen it all ;-)

Well I'm not surprised by much or shocked by much either.... and I haven't seen it all and I frankly don't want to.

I don't think that you can see it all. You may have dwelled into one aspect of something too long, but there is always something more.
