His last MLB game was 2004. He signed and was released by the Cubs, Twins, Devil Rays and Astros in 2005, no major league appearances.

He played last year for the Marlins' AAA team in Albuquerque and didn't have particularly good number (2-3 record, 5.77 ERA in 22 games). I can't find anything that says he retired, but he doesn't appear to be at anyone's spring training this year.
