That is such a stupid question. Anyone who DIDN'T report their suspicions is a traitor to this country. And anyone who was a friend that did that would no longer be a friend. Period.

First, I doubt that any friend of mine would become a terrorist - they're not flaky scumbag idiots. But assuming one were to become suspect, yes, I'd turn the mf'er in, in a heartbeat. There is no justifiable reason not to turn them in - why risk the lives of many innocent people?

The problem with that is, "terrorist" is given such a broad definition nowadays. Militias are given a bad name thanks to the likes of Timothy McVeigh...when there is nothing wrong with militias. Some people consider pro-life groups to be terrorist groups (though why is beyond me).

Let me put it this way: If I knew my friend intended to plant bombs somewhere and I couldn't talk him out of it, I'd be headed for the police station quicker than anything!

Report someone for a such act of crime just because a suspicion? No way, I would report a friend or anyone else if I am not sure.

If it was one of my closest friends I would smack him in the mouth & try to talk some sense in him. I have just a couple really close friends & I would trust them to tell me what was going on. If that did'nt work yes I would turn him in. All others that I knew yes I would report them for that.

First of all I would never have a friend that would have those inclinations, so if I found out if any one in my sphere had those type of connections I would report them in an instant.

Don't you believe you would have a moral obligation to report something that may harm or kill others? If this were truly your friend then why would you choose to associate yourself with someone that harbors feelings of hatred?
