I seem to always disagree with my work colleague,one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.Today she tried to tell me off-though we're equal!!!
There are other times where we flirt continuously,smiling,stare into each others eyes,emails,body language etc....A few weeks back at a works drinks, she said:
I want to trust you-get to know you better....
What happens at work stays at work....
I want us to get on....
I don't do 1 night stands,I only have proper boyfriends....
Then she asked if we're "cool"???
MEANING???
Another week (at work drink) she just stared at me, I asked her why and she said "I just want to look at you and your funny".The look was all smiles - like checking me out!!!Then she said Are we "cool?"
Whats her game???What she mean by "we cool?"
p.s. there is trouble with her boyfriend of 2 years, as he don't want to commit....colleagues say we have a love/hate thing bwt us+there's tension bwt us..

Today she was training me and she told me to stop asking question,said she can tell me to shut up-not to be cheeky,that I do her head in!!!There was 1 moment when we just looked into each others eyes and it felt like there was something there - like we wanted to kiss or something!Its getting worse - HELP!!!

I think any kind of relationship or flirtation at work is a bad idea, personally.
She sounds pretty immature to me. If I were you, I would tell her that you don't enjoy her playing games, you just want to get on with the job and work together as colleagues.

Dude this is obvious - she's having trouble in her relationship and when she's getting neglected she needs the attention from elsewhere. When things our going well she dosen't need the attention - thus getting stressed out with you.
She probably fancies you but it seems like your her emotional pillow for her relationship. This will probably be a hard thing to discuss as she probably dosen't realise what she's doing it. Bottom line is your being used as a substitute.

i would say that her mood is based on whats happening with her boyfriend of 2 yrs. She definately likes you and if she didnt have a boyfriend, she would have made a move with you by now. I can imagine sometimes its good and sometimes its bad with her man and it reflects how she is towards you, for example.. if shes had a good evening with her boyfriend, she wont want to know you and may resent you at work the next day, whereas if shes being arguing or had a bad time with him, she wants to come to work and play with you to make herself feel better.. shes definately playing you though, so for your brains sake, keep her at arms length!.. hope that made sense?!

God, you're slow ! She's interested in you as a boyfriend. It's so obvious, but you're just not seeing it. She's getting so frustrated at you not reading the signs, that's why there's these mood changes going on. It's up to you what the next step is. Either ask her on a date, or explain why you see her as just a friend

She likes you but at work she doesn't want to show it so she makes a point of being particularly mean to you to show off to everyone else. Ask her out for a date so you can be on your own together, if you go out together people at work would know and she should calm down.
