I know what it means fundamentally, but usually is saying size does matter when a penis is too small (below average) or that a penis HAS to be bigger (even average isn't enough)?
I understand why size would matter to a girl who's man's erect penis was 4 inches long but does "size matter" with a 6 inch penis?

There is nothing wrong with average sized penises. I think 6 inches is absolutely fine. Most women couldn't handle anything over 8 inches, it's just the thought of it that is appealling I guess.
Regardless of penis size, if you know how to please a woman in bed, you've got it made. I find penetration the least fun part, I like all the other stuff that comes before. So don't obsess over the size of your penis, just be happy with what you have got.

just like guys are all different sizes, girls are too! SO while some girls prefer a large guy, some would much rather have a smaller one, and to others size really is not even a consideration. I have only had sex with one man and his size is about 7 inches. For the first 2 years of our relationship I wished he was smaller! I am getting used to his size now. It is all about personal preference and skill. If you are large or small is not an issue so long as you are good at what you do.

I think the preferable size is dependent on the female.
It's all subjective. If she prefers a thick and long penis, that's her preference. If she doesn't care as long as she gets something, that would be her preference.
I think most women want bigger than average and that a penis bigger than average makes the sexperience better than average so in that respect, size would matter.

I think that it does but it doesnt. Think of it this way, men often talk about a woman being loose, so if you got a LARGER male and he has sex with the LOOSE woman then she might seem tight to him, so, i think that most of the time we are sleeping with the wrong persons and both men and woman are all different sizes so most people should be a bit more considerate.
Besides, if a woman uses that saying alot then maybe she is just a bigger style woman and just doesnt realize that she needs to find a larger man!

well sixe does matter. but you don't have to be over 6 to be ok. some chicks need it that small or smaller. I hurt this girls cervix recently cause shes too small. I would say womens vaginas come in as many sizes as mens penises ,roughly. So you just have to find one thats a good fit.

If you got Donald Trump money or a Brad Pitt body it don't matter at all. Look how ugly Donald is or how small Brad is and they still get the hot women. Mines bigger than all those numbers so I guess I'm fine.

Any girl who says her boyfriend is perfect will eventually cheat on him as his wife. Women get use to penises as they get older and what was the perfect penis will eventually become small to the woman!!!!!!

If you can do something than no, but believe it or not there are really really little ones out there and its funny because you can hardly feel it in. And sometimes they are super skinny or bent. lol That makes a difference too.

If a penis is too small I can't feel it, I am not pleased... if it is too big... I am in pain. My boyfriend is perfect... big but not too big.
