Whats the best way to apply eye make up and eye pencils

the key to make up is to make it look as natural as possible so that means BLEND in very well. people use 2, 3,even 4 different color eyeshadows and you cant even tell!! its all a matter of blending and knowing how to choose your colors. thats you you usually use a dark color.. a ligher one of the same and then a medium color... the lighter layer goes on your entire eye... then you put the darker color on your eyelid and blend it up to the crease.. and then the medium color... its all a matter of blending in correctly... then, you use black eyeliner and apply it thinly on your bottom lid and your top (thin.. that way your eye looks bigger). you curl your eyebrows and then add one or 2 layers of mascara... good luck!

First you need a good quality makeup like Micabella or Mac, it really makes a difference and then just follow the instructions or get a magazine on how to apply the makeup,

Hands down.. you need good brushes! Not synthetic brushes.. i mean GOOOOOD brushes.
Also, your skin needs to be healthy underneith, and you need to have a good foundation under the makeup.
Practice, practice practice...
