either there is too much oil...or your pickup screen in the oil pan is clogged

It needs PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation). There should be a PCV valve someplace, probably in valve cover.

Breather/PCV likely clogged. Change PCV and clean breather parts in varsol.

pcv vavle is not working or you are getting blow-by, worrn rings.
