Truthfully, I think all supervisors should read and think about this question. With some of the experiences I myself have had, I would say that the words supervisor and superficial go well together. OK, back to the question... I try to respect people in general. Respect works both ways, although it doesn't always seem so. I just do my best to go to work, do my job, deal with the people around me in the best manner I can and go home. I don't go to work to make friends,I try to be friendly, but thats as far as it go's. I just to do my job and try to avoid any circumstances that are negative. Our country is made up of many peoples, cultures, backgrounds and beliefs.Just do unto others as you would expect them to do unto you... Do your job to the best of your knowledge, stay away from the gossip and go home.... Let the answering machine pick up on your day off unless you want overtime. LOL... I put that in there because where I work, they are always calling people in on thier day off... The phone ringing at 5 in the morning is a bit aggrivating but Im sure the answering machine gets the message across... If they need more people they should schedual better.. If someone calls in, they should already have a backup and not be calling people at 5 in the morning. God Bless. Sorry if that sounded snotty, but that happened this morning and I worked yesterday, even though I wasn't feeling well.

Accept that all persons are created equal and practice being nice to people. As long as you think of everyone as someone you love you should not have any difficulty in accepting them for who they are.

in simple terms shop in the lower back of your head the variety of the society we are residing in and that absolutely everyone seems to be diverse and due to that, absolutely everyone has some thing unique and profound to convey to the table.
