Your probably not getting enough rest. My eyes don't get red.

Could be a number of reasons. Most likely a touch of "dry eye". Try getting some reviving eye drops from your local chemist.
If your eyes are sore or overly sensitive to bright light, see your doctor, since it could be Iritis. If thats the case you need to get treatment immediately.
