Can I get the list of ORACLE 11.5.9 TAbles with its description?

Process wise list of Tables (O2C, P2P, Payroll etc.) would be more useful to me.

Your question needs a more specific definition -- do you mean the system tables in Oracle? Oracle doesn't come with any type of P2P, Payroll, or other default application tables, other than some that might be installed with a sample application.
