Depends on what you call round. If you mean a perfect sphere than no. If you mean an oval, then yes. Just think of the Earth as a slightly squashed ball.

well, no, it's a sphere a bit squished on the poles, so the radius from the centre of the earth to the poles is a bit less the the radius from the centre of the earth to the equator.
