The purpose of human being is to be slightly different from animals.The purpose in not merely to eat and reproduce.The purpose is more profound than this. The purpose is to be purposeful, that is, to nurture the world with thoughts, and actions, and be benevolent and compassionate towards all.

Being human being means having the privilege of been assigned the superior of all beings. But it's not all about boasting your superiority and impinging into the territory of other beings rather it means that u have a big responsibility of making this world a better place to live in by making use of your intellect. Peter Parker in Spider-man has rightly remarked" With great Power,comes great Responsibilities."

I wanna tell you that animals work as well !! so i guess everyone should do something more and special and live like a human being that understands and holds full responsibilities of all his actions and reactions rather than only work and imitate animals !!

The purpose of working and living will differ from person to person.
Carpenters purpose of working for living by doing some carpentry furniture works. Likewise it will differ from person to person.

Just for the sake of same introspection, GOD has given us this human being body and mind. It is a research process. One need not go to Himalayas for such research work. We need not waste our life in doubting on unnecessary things/issues. As said in Bhagwadgita' one should do his/her allotted duty perfectly for the beauty of love and with humanity for the rest of the mankind. This human life (may be 70 or 80 years of your life) in this world is just an examination conducted by Almighty whether you are fit to live forever after your death in the destination He has selected.
