I don't know, only depends on if they still have love for each other. Many non-celebrities don't stay together when they find out the woman is pregnant, so it's probably not any different for celebrities.

Although Tom Brady's ex-girlfriend is carrying his child, he and Gisele will definitely stay together, because love is the most powerful feeling in the world, and it conquers all!

so gisele and tom are really together?! oh my goodness. i just thought it was a rumor. maybe tom cheated on bridget that's why they broke up!? *sigh* but even if gisele and tom stay together, it's pretty much a given that they wont last. they never do when it comes to celebs...
