The whole idea of the song is kind of a defense mechinism and an excuse, but I like to work out to it because for some reason the song creates an imaginary relationship in my head that's perfect and it's a driving factor when I realize that something better may exist.

For stretching - Enya or anything that soothes and helps relax.

For Cardio - anything that gets me moving, most likely it's techno/house/trance.

For Weights - Anything will do.
