The best way to do that is to find a girl who shares an interest with you (such as anime or writing stories.) Hotness should not play a role. You should be genuinely interested in getting to know her as a person. If girls know you as someone they can share a conversation with, and who they can talk to without being judged, some will admire you. It's impossible to have everyone admire you, though. Not even Jesus managed that!

Treat everyone well, be friendly with strangers, be gentle with children, animals, and the elderly. When you come across as a friendly, gentle, nonjudgemental person, more girls will feel comfortable getting to know you. You will also have fun in the process getting to know and help all kinds of people.

well, you should never try to impress girls because they can tell through your actions and words of you are real or fake. my best advice is to be yourself. Girls like boys who listen to their problems and comfort them with they have problems. most importantly, then don't mention to them they have lovely body figures; in case you didn't know, this usually means that you want to have a sexual relationship with them.
