I pray all the time, when I'm up in the morning, sometimes noon, or evening, for sure before going to bed. And many times when I'm in my car in my head, walking around, yes prayer is vital, I really couldn't make it in life without it, it becomes a way of life to someone like me. (Can I pray for you?)
I sincerely think people, even agnostics and atheists resort to prayer in times of trouble, I've seen it, and I'm glad they do.
It's part of realizing there is someone out there who made them and is looking at all of us and after his children.
Most of all it's important to be greatful for everything we are so fortunate to have, I truly believe God is the author of our lives, families, friends, home, faith, and everything else good he brings, we are here to learn, but also to serve others, not ourselves, what compensation does that bring to the soul? None for me. Thanking God each day for preserving us and giving us life is a really good thing. I do it daily.
Blessings!

I pray even when there is not a problem. God is the most important being in my life, hats how I have the strength to get through most days after what I have been through this year. Without my faith and his strength...I would be nothing. I think when people go through crisis they just realize how much God is needed in ther life and how much faith they do have. I pray for my family and friends and I pray most for the people that have wronged me or others...for they need it more than anyone.

Yes both when in trouble or out of it. But we need not show off that we are praying at all the times. Prayers are addressed to GOD and HE acknowledges even un exhibited prayers. Prayers in public are also meant to impress people that we are spiritual and/or religious ! 90 percent of people praying in public often do not the meanings of the prayers they recite !

I don't just pray when I'm in trouble. I also pray to thank God for the blessings I have in my life, my family and friends. I do think alot of people only think about prayer when they are in trouble or their life seems out of control.

Yes we sure do BUT we also pray other times besides that. Makes me wonder though. Most people on this world do need feel that they need God any time in their lives until they are in trouble and REALLY need Him. God wants us to need and pray and talk with him every day because he loves us and wants a relationship with us. He is our heavenly father and it breaks his heart because we only call and pray to him when we are in trouble! Pretty sad if you ask me.
I thank and praise God for the good things He does in my life. The many blessings and gifts He has given us:) God is so very good and i cannot thank and praise him enough for all he has done for me in my life.

I pray when things are going really well and when things aren't going so good. I thank god sometimes because he has blessed my life so much but yes I always turn to him when I'm having difficulties with something.
