As sketch shows go, I have to agree with you, although having watched repeats of the Harry Enfield Shows and The Fast show, it's quite scary how these comedies can date so quickly. I think it must be a lot of pressure for David and Matt to come up with something better, time after time. I hope that they continue as a partnership but the key is to remember not to exhaust a winning format. Fawlty Towers ran for 12 episodes and no more, which was the right thing to do, because there were no weak episodes.
Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant have proved that 'the difficult second album' can be achieved with great success(The Office -Extras) so I'm sure that we will be seeing more of Matt and David in the future.

If you like watching the same sketches with the same punchlines week after week, then yes.
If you like original funny humour however, I think the best ever was "big train"

I think it must be just you. I think the show is rubbish, my 12 year old nephew thinks it is `wicked`, and that I think is the only age group that would consider it to be funny.

No, not the greatest show ever. That would put it up against television shows that were meant to raise social consciousness. It is just not in that league, it isn't even in M*A*S*H's league.
