Which one that always get your attention or has impact u? Merchant of Venice or Romeo and Juliet?

You are certainly going to get Hamlet but I prefer Othello although not as famous.
well, between the two, I'd say Merchant of Venice because it is the more complex tragicomedy critics have always casually read, some even mistaking the title as referring to Shylock.

I prefer Much Ado About Nothing. The Taming of the Shrew runs a close second, followed by A Midsummer Night's Dream. I generally don't like his tragedies, the exception being Othello.

I personally prefer King Lear.

It has a vast array of human emotions on display and has some good female parts (although the lack of parts in other plays was not Shakespeare's fault; women were banned from the stage when he wrote).

It also has an unusual device with the fool. He sees the truth but is ignored; the working class man sees accuratley but his 'social superiors' don't listen.

I'd say either Antony and Cleopatra or Titus Andronicus. Titus has a raw, visceral bite to it but is technically one of his less impressive plays. Antony and Cleopatra is incredibly moving, but it might not have the wide appeal of some of his other plays.
