Lyricist colleges in Illinois?

Is there a college in Illinois that gives a degree or anything in becoming a lyricist, must be in Illinois.

There's no such thing as a degree solely for lyric writing. You can study songwriting and/or music at many colleges, though I'm not familiar with what's available in Illinois. The degree would be in music.
