This is from a Disneyland site, I do not know if it is the same for
Disney World:
AAA has a deal with Disney in which your passport can collect multiple fastpasses.
You have to book your Disneyland Resort hotel through AAA and buy the park hopper passes through them.
Your pass is now good to collect multiple fastpasses without waiting until the first one becomes valid.
You cannot collect more than one fastpass for the same ride, but you can walk around picking up as many fast passes as you like from different attractions.

It doesn't matter if you have AAA. You still only get 1 Disney Fastpass at a time. Say you wanted to ride Splash Mountain, but the wait was over an hour long. Get a Fastpass and go meet Cinderella or something while waiting for the time printed on your Fastpass and then start heading back to Splash Mountain as the time gets closer. When you get there your wait won't be longer than 30 minutes. Hope this helps! Have fun!

According to my sources, the Enhanced Fastpass available through AAA ended 1/15/2007 and is no longer available.
If you look up Fastpass information on the net, you'll see that there are other ways around this. Apparently not all the Fastpass rides are connected, so it may be possible to hold a Fastpass for one ride and pick up another. I

I have not heard of that. As far as I know you can only collect 1 fastpass at a time. Once the time that is writen on your fastfass comes around then you can get another one. I would contact AAA about what your asking.

We were just there in Dec. It's a myth they will only let you have one at a time. Between you and I we (with my 3.1/2 year old) had a better time at universal and they offer an upgrade to the admission ticket that promises a maximum of 15 minutes wait on any ride or attraction the plus for us is it was as entertaining for the adult contingent as it was for the kids. They also have a feature called baby swap that allows one adult or more to sit with children too small or afraid to ride while the other members of the group ride then at the conclusion of the ride the waiting parent or adult goes on the very next ride and the returning adults get to watch the child during that ride it eliminates the waiting in line twice and as we all know the waiting is the hardest part (at least according to Tom Petty)

AAA only gives you discounts on park tickets, rental cars, hotels, etc...
They do not change the rule for fast passes which is only 1 per person at a time.
