Tickling can be very healthy as long as all parties involved are happy with the tickling taking place.

When you are tickled by a friend or loved on and you are having fun with it, your brain produces and floods your body with endorphins which promote healing and relieve stress.

If, on the other hand, you are being tickled against your will, you might feel angered, threatened, scared or upset and you will not get the health benefits you receive in playful, consensual tickling.
