Depends on what type you mean.
Platonic relationships are basically friends who care about each other.
Romantic relationships are with (usually) two people who have strong, non-platonic feelings towards each other.
There's also relationships between family, again (hopefully) platonic, like a mother or father with their child. This kind of relationship can involve more than two people and often does.

It's when two people live alongside each other and care about each other and love one another. Like husband and wife, mother and daughter, father and son. It also might be a relationship between teacher and student and doesn't contain the love aspect. This would be a platonic relationship as they interact on something that they have in common. So relationships are the bond between two people who have mutual interests. YAY!
