YES! Especially those that wax! I recently learnt a nickname for people that are bald on top with hair that goes around the back of the head eg. George Costanza(from Seinfeld)... "Devon Head". It is the perfect shape and size for slapping a piece of Devon on their head! Immature, and lame but hilarious at the same time!
(Devon: cold sandwich meat cut from a roll)
Britney needs to be slapped up side the head with the whole Devon roll!

I think about slapping bald people on the head quit frequently. From the looks of Britneys pantiless pictures she has been slapped silly in the crouch area.
