Can anyone help me with forms.
I want to have a form on a page, with perhaps 4 or 5 fields for the user to fill in, maybe use a drop down menu or two, for the user to to select options from. On submit all the info needs emailing to me.
My problem is I just dont get Perl, GCI, JAVA, Server extensions etc. My ISP is NTL, with free and basic webspace, they certainly dont have server externsions.
So my questions are these?
How can I get a form to work.?
Are there some templates out there i can use?
Can anyone desgin me a editable form with all files?
I'm on a budget, so I cant pay for anything, I just need somthing thats works with NTL webspace, something that I can customise.
Can someone help me with a template please? Thanks in advance.

Start with the first link - Its NTL!!

Then use the second link for html details. Checkout the detail on forms.

Finally code the following form tag

Change user@provider.com for your email address and see what happens.
