Vancouver WA or Vancouver Canada? If you are going to Vancouver Canada from Seattle it is best to take the train. The train goes by Puget Sound and the ride is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is that there is only one train going each day and the one coming back from Vancouver leaves around 6 pm so it gets dark quickly and you may not be able to see much on the way back depending on time of year.Check the schedule, it may have changed. The buses are very clean here in the great Northwest but the train ride is something else! I would rent a car instead of the bus.

Buses are a great form of transportation down under. In Seattle your scraping the bottom of the barrel to ride the bus. I would upgrade to business class (a little bigger, some better amenities) and take the train. Sometimes it gets shut down for landslides, but for the most part when it runs, the scenary and ride are worth the extra effort. Enjoy your trip here, I hope you get a bit of good American spirit coming your way. BTW the Pac NW is a lot similar in characteristics from what I have heard to New Zealand, if you have been.

~~ If your heading out from LA or San Francisco, go by train.
Easily, train is the better way to travel.
Not only for the physical comfort but for the scenery.
All up through Oregon, Washington and into BC is just beautiful.
You will have a better view from the train!

~~ There is something special and magical about train travel (I should know I grew up in Werris Creek, NSW)

~~ Oh, and you will just love both Seattle and Vancouver; two of the best cities on the West Coast.

There is an Express Bus that travels between Seatac and Vancouver Airports.
It is well recommended.
It has nothing to do with Greyhound which is for the hoodlums.

Ask some friends, who know the region, or some government tourism office, or a reputed travel agent.

Take the train, unless you want that wonderful bus smell of liquor mingled with urine.

Never take a bus in America. Nothing but hoodlums and lowlifes take the bus anymore. Your likely to be beaten and robbed.
