re hp pda 2210?

recently had an issue with regard to abve pda,the battery has died halfway through using it.after recharging it i wsitched it on only to find everything inc programs and docs have been deleted.i didnt back up on device and didnt sync with PC for a while.is there anyway i can retrieve this information?

Assuming you did sync your ipaq files at some point, the only info you'll recover will be the files from the last sync you carried out.

I'm afraid everything else has gone!
