Sometimes I delete messages that I need I can not returne them....may be you know the way.....or after we delete them from the trush we can not returne them anymore......:((((

If they're still in the trash you can open and save them. If they've been deleted from there they're gone. Put them in the saved folder until you're sure you want to delete them.

Nope. Don't delete messages from the trash. They're automatically cleared after 30 days.

U press the box that is next 2 the thing that says from! Then press Delete!

Not to my knowledge but if you have forwarded them to someone such as an attachment they will be in "sent"

nope they are gone forever
if you forward it to someone it may be in the sent file
but if not POOF its gone
