If the huricane does not like its name could this be a reason to be more dangerous?May be name sounds vibrations are also important for meteorolists to be more precise with forecasts?

Meteorolgists choose the names. They're done in alphabetical order so you could have mary, niall, owen, etc (maybe less common names or something I don't know)

Depends on the Nation. In Asia hurricanes are given numbers for names.

You know I have often wondered that....I use to think it was my wife - we have 9 children and they were all named before the hurricanes - believe it or not they all have hurricane names....hahaha....sometimes our house looks as if 9 hurricanes hit....
