I turned Republican at age 30. But yes, it makes since. Don't know a young person who isn't liberal and an old person who isn't conservative.

None of the rules apply while Bush is in office, not even the ridiculous one that you concocted. No republican wants to admit it nowadays because Bush is a national embarrassment and a criminally bad leader. Anyone who campaigned for him and everyone who voted for him should have to pay a fine. Democrats have their own shame as well, having allowed such a dip-switch to win the Presidency. Twice.

Youth is inexperience. As you grow older, you realize that there are somethings that a "hug" just won't fix.
I think reality happens before you are 35 though.
So yes, for the most part I agree.

Its not heartless its lack of responsibility young college kids and recent college grads are liberals because mommy and daddy are affording them that right,then when they hit the real world and figure out how much money the liberal handouts cost them they change their tune,unless they are very successful then they can afford to stay self righteous forever
