When I look at a new golf course for the very first time and think OK is this going to be fun. When I was a kid and had money to spend at the variety store was one phase, then in highschool checking out the cheerleaders at other schools, then going to university and checking out the ladies there, then getting my first job and picking what I wanted to do for work, then going into bars and looking at the dancing ladies but now it is golf, have I matured or regressed, I think the challenge is the same, but my hormones have changed. But when the cart girls go by it is still hard to concentrate on the game at hand which was no different than watching that basketball game with those short skirted girls bending this way and that. Life is a cycle, you keep pumping the pedals but you don't really seem to get to where you really want to go but as you move along the scenery is pretty nice especially if you are following a little behind. The times have changed but the candies are still oh so sweet.

For me, it would have to be a big day of geocaching. (See http://www.geocaching.com/ for more info.) Just the idea of getting out of the house into the fresh air, go to places that I might ever consider otherwise, and looking for geocaches, especially the puzzle caches or a good multi-cache, gives that same giddy feeling. Having a friend or two along is nice, but it also happens when I am caching solo.

I remember one particular trip where I was looking for one particular cache. It took me about 40 minutes to locate it, but when I did, I had this sense of euphoria that lasted for some time afterward. Even today, I remember that cache hunt rather fondly.

We live TOO far out in the country for "trick or treaters"... However, the town holds a 2 hour "trick-or-treat" party on Main Street (all 75 meters of it) and in the church parking lot... I take 5 bags each of full-size Snickers and Butterfingers. That way there is a bag of each to take home for the wife and I ;)

Going to the Gun Store and adding to my “wish list”! Also, there is nothing like the adrenaline rush at the shooting range! Guy's find it hard to believe that little ole me can handle a large caliber handgun & rifle. Actually it's a real "turn on" for most of them!!!

Answering your questions, and knowing that I can do so without fear of feeling that I am sucking up. Please. I am standing on the off ramp holding up the sign: " Will beg for points." Do you have any spare points. I suppose, fishing illegally(flyfishing), catching trout and knowing that I can get off the property before anyone catches me. Are there trout in Tennessee?
