I seem to always disagree with my work colleague, one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.Today she tried to tell me off-though we're equal!!!

There are other times where we flirt continuously, smiling, stare into each others eyes, emails, body language etc....A few weeks back at a works drinks, she said:

I want to trust you-get to know you better....
What happens at work stays at work....
I want us to get on....
I don't do 1 night stands,I only have proper boyfriends....
Then she asked if we're "cool"???
MEANING???

Another week (at work drink) she just stared at me, I asked her why and she said "I just want to look at you and your funny".The look was all smiles - like checking me out!!!Then she said Are we "cool?"

Whats her game???What she mean by "we cool?"

p.s. there is trouble with her boyfriend of 2 years, as he don't want to commit....colleagues say we have a love/hate thing bwt us+there's tension bwt us..

well when she says "we cool" she basically mean "were good yeh?" tell her "your cool" and she'll relax a little bit.
i think there is some sexual tenstion between you both and this is worrying you sit her down and talk to her

"I want to trust you-get to know you better....
What happens at work stays at work....
I want us to get on....
I don't do 1 night stands,I only have proper boyfriends...."

i would call this "sexual tension" but she has a boyfriend. Don't you think there are enough complications here? For example say you start to date psycho girl because you are attracted, and you get her in the sack, and then you go back to work and she starts the "power tripping" again. What are you going to do then. Listen, my gut tells me she is a problem. You work with her. She has a boyfriend. She gives you weird messages that only make sense to her. Truly speaking...isn't there a more normal, healthy, attractive woman u could date?

Love hate thing - sexual tension between you both perhaps? How about going out for a drink - just the two of you and discussing the issue(s) like adults and trying to clear the air?

She's keeping you guessing to keep you interested while she decides what to do about her current bf. Seems to be working too. If you want to test it, try being too busy to notice her for a while and get a couple of friends to give you flirty phonecalls.

she fancies you like mad!!! and doesnt know how to handle it which explains why shes being nasty towards you, almost as if she resents you because she feels the way she does... either that or shes a complete weirdo!!! her fella doesnt want to commit, shes not happy there... when she says are we 'cool' she wants to know if you like her!!!!!X

She is playing mind games with you. It's on or it's not. Don't go there, she sounds like she treats men like fools to be fooled by her.

Yikes, sounds like way too many issues here - I myself wouldn't get too envolved ...

speculations are sometimes wrong and may lead you to harm... the best thing to do is to speak w/ her like adults do...clear this thing out....
