She has pale honey eyes. Sometimes they even start looking green.

She has light honey coloured eyes. They change colour to become paler or even green sometimes. When I say diet, I mean when she consumes raw vegetables like carrots in larger quantities along with normal food.

the color of your eyes, nails, and hair is influenced by proteins. Meats and dairy products are great sources of very important proteins. also enzymes are made of proteins, so she better think about her diet a little bit, or seek proffesional help, when trying to lose weight. Also eating proteins will help her lose weight (if that is her goal) just cut on the carbs and sugars.

No, there are no foods that you can eat that will change the color of your eyes. Genetics determines the color of your eyes, just like your hair color. Even though hair changes color (becomes depigmented) when the diet is severely deficient in protein and/or copper, there is no evidence that diet changes eye color.
However, genetics may cause eyes to change color around puberty. It happens in about 15% of all Caucasian adolescents, and is due to genes controlling eye pigmentation. This is a more likely explanation for your sister's eyes changing color.
