I want to know whether the cluth oil for car is the same as the brake oil.

NO, it is not.
different chemical composition.
Don't put Brake oil in the clutch.
Brake oil is highly corrosive. Sometimes it is used to tclean painted parts.
or if it falls on the cars paint it damages it.

Clutch oil? Brake oil? You probably are talking about brake fluid and clutch fluid? In any case, in most (!) vehicles, it's the same type of fluid but usually (!) goes into different reservoirs. There are exceptions. For example, some bmw models use power steering pump to generate assistance for the brakes that do not use traditional brake fluid. I still suggest you checked the manual because if your case is not traditional, putting wrong type of fluid into a wrong system will cause fair amount of damage.

I have always used the same fluid for the clutch and the brake system without a problem.

Just to be sure, i would have a look at the handbook.

Remember if the book askes for DOT 5, USE IT, don't use DOT 4 as they are slightly different it terms of temperature rating.

yes they both take DOT 3 brake fluid. The hydrolic clutch and a brake system work very much alike that is why the fluids are the same. here are a couple of sites
