Certainly you have to be just joking around with this type of question right? Maybe we are just old fashioned but we put the food on the table and we each fix our own plates and then start eating.....I never paid attention or even thought about if my lady eats first or me.....ok, not to mention - actually if you go according to what the bible says - the man would not be here if it were not for the woman - God took a rib from her to create the man.....so if you go by the bible buddy looks like the lady should always go first. We men owe them that in my opinion. Like open car doors, store doors, pushing their chair in and out for them - etc.

I guess in some countries that would be custom. Isn't it great that in America things can and do change? Actually my man is so busy helping with the housework and cooking that most of the time I do eat first then he eats when he has a second.

Don't know what its like in your house but my man can cook as well, we live in the 21st century now and not in the back of beyond control freak society anymore, lighten up and go make my dinner.

Yes they can. but I prefer to wait for each other, wife and husband and eat togather, I feed her, she feeds me, smile and eat in a loving atmosphere.
