Saurav Ganguly was dropped from the Indian team when his
performance deteriorated. By dropping him, he got the message that his place in the team will be purely based on performance and not based on past glory. This has in a way helped him to work hard and regain his form to get a place in the Indian team

Yes, i think it is best decision becasue he has a good experience in his cricket carrier, and he proved in last series against srilanka because he was the man of the series and i think he will be play well in the world cup.
