A year ago a friend of mine showed me the kitchen in KFC... I stopped eating their fast food right away!
That's why I'm going to have ham, spinach and tomato wraps for lunch)))

I am going to have dinner when I get home and since I am strapped for time, I will be having those Hamburger Helper single serving things in the flavor of Cheeseburger Macaroni. KFC sounds better!! Enjoy your munchies and thanks for asking!!!!
